Effective Date: October 7, 2024

At Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm, we strive to process and ship customer orders as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and procedures for shipping-related issues.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms described below.

1. Shipping Locations

Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm primarily ships products to customers within the United States.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, product size or weight, carrier restrictions, and other logistical considerations.

If a particular product cannot be shipped to your selected destination, this information may be communicated during checkout or after the order is reviewed.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully authorized and the order information has been verified.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless a different processing timeframe is stated on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major U.S. holidays.

Orders requiring additional verification may require additional processing time.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping and delivery estimates may be displayed on the product page, during checkout, or in order confirmation communications.

Estimated delivery times generally depend on:

  • Order processing time
  • Shipping method selected
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier service
  • Product availability
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery service is expressly offered and stated at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the product and destination.

Depending on availability, shipping options may include standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, or other carrier services.

Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when available.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as:

  • Shipping destination
  • Product dimensions
  • Product weight
  • Quantity ordered
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier rates
  • Special handling requirements

The applicable shipping charge will generally be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Promotional or free-shipping offers may have additional terms and restrictions.

6. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer by email or through the order information available on our website.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after a shipping label has been created.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are generally controlled by the applicable carrier.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully verify:

  • Full name
  • Street address
  • Apartment or unit number
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Telephone number when requested

Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you discover that your shipping address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

8. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping availability for PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and other restricted destinations may vary depending on the product and shipping carrier.

Certain oversized, heavy, hazardous, or otherwise restricted products may not be eligible for delivery to these addresses.

If a selected shipping address cannot accept a particular product, we may contact you regarding available alternatives.

9. Oversized or Heavy Products

Certain automotive parts and accessories may be unusually large, heavy, fragile, or require special handling.

Additional shipping charges or shipping restrictions may apply to these products.

Where applicable, any additional shipping requirements will be communicated before fulfillment.

10. Multiple Products and Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple products, the products may be shipped together or separately depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Warehouse location
  • Product size
  • Supplier or fulfillment arrangements
  • Shipping method
  • Carrier requirements

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

If products are shipped separately, you generally will not be charged additional shipping solely because the order was split unless the applicable shipping terms or checkout information states otherwise.

11. Products With Different Processing Times

If an order contains products with different processing or availability times, the order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

The applicable product page or order communication may provide additional information regarding expected processing times.

For time-sensitive purchases, customers should contact us before placing the order to confirm current availability and estimated processing time.

12. Shipping Delays

Although we work to process orders promptly, delivery delays may occur.

Possible causes include:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect address information
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Regional service interruptions
  • Customs or governmental delays
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If tracking information indicates a delay, customers should first review the carrier’s latest tracking information.

If you need assistance, please contact Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm with your order number.

13. Carrier Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for transportation and delivery.

Carrier delivery dates and estimated arrival dates may change after shipment.

Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm cannot guarantee a carrier’s estimated delivery date unless a specific guaranteed service was expressly purchased and offered by us.

14. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check the delivery location around your property.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management when applicable.
  3. Review the carrier’s delivery information.
  4. Contact the carrier if appropriate.
  5. Contact Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm if the package remains missing.

We may request additional information before opening a shipping investigation.

For certain shipments, the carrier may require the recipient to initiate or participate in a claim.

15. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a package appears visibly damaged, customers should photograph the packaging and product before disposing of any packaging materials.

If the product itself is damaged, contact Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm promptly and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping package
  • Photographs of shipping labels when available

Do not install or modify a product that appears damaged.

16. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or if an expected item is missing from your shipment, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the items received and the shipping packaging when applicable.

We will review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

17. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping and reshipping costs.

Refund eligibility for refused or undeliverable packages will be determined in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

18. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order enters processing or shipment.

However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

If an order has already shipped, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

19. Expedited Shipping

When expedited shipping is available, the shipping option and additional charge will be displayed during checkout.

Selecting an expedited shipping method generally affects the transportation portion of the shipment and does not necessarily eliminate the standard order processing period.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order to determine whether the requested delivery timeframe is reasonably achievable.

20. Delivery Estimates and Order Fulfillment

Any shipping or delivery timeframe displayed on our website is an estimate unless expressly identified as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised or estimated timeframe, we may provide an updated status or other information as appropriate.

For online merchandise orders, Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm will administer order fulfillment and shipping practices in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements.

21. International Shipping

International shipping may not be available for all products.

If international shipping is offered, customers may be responsible for applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • VAT or similar charges
  • Government fees
  • Other destination-country charges

These charges may not be included in the product price or shipping charge shown during checkout.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.

22. Customs and Import Restrictions

Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm cannot guarantee that an international shipment will clear customs or be permitted into the destination country.

If a shipment is refused, delayed, returned, or confiscated because of customs requirements, import restrictions, inaccurate recipient information, or other destination-country requirements, additional costs or refund restrictions may apply.

23. Shipping to Businesses

Customers shipping orders to a business should provide the complete business name and delivery address.

For commercial deliveries, customers should ensure that the receiving location is staffed and able to accept packages.

Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect business address or failure of the receiving party to accept the shipment.

24. Large and Commercial Orders

B2B, wholesale, fleet, and other large-volume orders may be subject to special shipping arrangements.

For large orders, we may contact the customer before shipment to confirm:

  • Shipping address
  • Product quantities
  • Freight requirements
  • Delivery arrangements
  • Carrier availability
  • Shipping charges

Customers placing unusually large orders are encouraged to contact us before completing the purchase.

25. Shipping Insurance and Claims

Where shipping insurance or carrier protection is available, claims may be subject to the applicable carrier’s requirements and deadlines.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, packaging information, receipts, or other documentation.

Failure to retain packaging or provide requested information may affect the ability to process a shipping claim.

26. Customer Responsibility After Delivery

Customers should inspect automotive products promptly after receiving them.

Before installation, customers should verify that the product:

  • Matches the order
  • Appears undamaged
  • Includes applicable components
  • Matches the relevant specifications
  • Is appropriate for the intended vehicle or application

Customers should not install a product that appears incorrect, damaged, or incompatible.

Contact Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm before installation if there is any concern about the product.

27. Shipping and Returns

Shipping terms do not replace or modify our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers requesting a return should review our Refund & Return Policy and contact us before sending merchandise back.

Return shipping responsibilities may vary depending on the reason for the return.

28. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Yiwu Shanxin Trading Firm may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Customers should review the Shipping Policy applicable at the time of purchase.
